A dozen movies and two and a half seasons later...

So I've been having a little more fun that I should have recently. Stayed indoors and minded my own business. I've gone out and tanned a bit (no worries Jello, I've still got you).
I lost a couple tennis games yesterday, it's gettin' me down, so I think I'm going to try self-motivating myself to try lifting a bit of weights? and a few self practices.
I few things on my mind and I've been thinking recently, but most of it is just useless stuff. A few "if.. and what..." situations.
On a brighter note, I'm going to stick to tradition and reread the 5th and 6th HP books and rewatch the 5th movie. I'm going to super prepare for that 6th movie coming out next week. :D
Anyone want to join me? I'm sure we can cook up a plan this weekend when Alvin gets back in town. Always ready to make up an excuse to get the gang together.

This one had me thinking for a while. Change isn't always a bad thing, in given situations, adapting could be helpful. I have to keep my mind open and be willing to listen. I have to keep my priorities straight. I need to make myself into someone that can help society.

"Growing up is like a dream, but nothing lasts forever."
I guess this one is a bit more for the seniors reading. Make the dream come true guys. Take action and take initiative, don't be afraid. Growing up and going through High School is part of the dream, but next year, we gotta wake up and take some actions. Don't act stupid next year, watch after yourselves. Behave, guys. =P

"Always stand up, even if standing isn't easy."
This one goes along side the first one. It's easy to give up, but backing down won't get you anywhere. If you don't like something, take control and make a difference. You might be one voice in a million, but chances are others are thinking the same things you are. Don't be afraid, there are always people that are willing to listen. And even in time of trouble, talking about it and facing those problems shows true strength.

"You've got to be patient. In the real world, it's mostly just hurry up and wait."
This one is pretty self-explanatory. If something is meant to happen, it will. I know that a previous quote asked me to take action, but timing is also very important. Waiting for something will only make it THAT much better. It's also sometimes smart to keep your cool, don't want things to get out of control. Being careful never hurts anyone, look at the different angles and approaches. Think before you act.

I know this post is.. largely crap. This doesn't sound like the usually stuff that I write, and I'm aware of it. But don't worry about me, really I'm fine. =P
Truth be told, I just finished two and a half seasons of Burn Notice in 2 days. I'm surprised I'm not watching out for cops and FBI officers hiding in the bush.. xD
I'm thinking like Michael (for those of you who watched the show). It's.. kinda thrilling, but I don't like it. I'm be back to normal with a good night's sleep. :D
