I've been letting myself go a bit xD

It's been a couple weeks since I posted, and I need to finally get back to this =P

First of all, I apologize for those who have been waiting for a post. I really don't do anything productive, especially not these past weeks. Unlike Lizabeth, I don't have the ability of writing down my thoughts; my mind just doesn't work that way. I tried writing what I feel, and most of the time I can't word it correctly or it sounds naggy and self-centered. And unlike Teek, I wasn't given the gift of rambling. I feel like nothing should be said if there isn't anything important to say. Just a person philosophy, I got nothing against you Teek =P. In fact, I'd say I'm kinda jealous. I want to be able to just type down everyday things and be able to share it with everyone, but my problem is that I feel like I'm wasting people's time with useless stuff that is happening in my life. I fear that no one actually wants to read that stuff. I also wasn't given the chance to travel this summer, so unlike Alvin, Ian, and Jello, I won't be able to recite amazing stories of events that has happened. I can't even write about everyday events, because I do nothing but stay couped up in my house.

But here's my attempt anyways.

I really haven't been doing anything. Last week when everyone was away, I started my movie rampage and started to organize my movies into one large folder. As proven with Teek, that folder contains over 300 Gb of movies.. about 700Mb each, you do the math =P. I've also done random events here and there. A few tennis matches. Nothing too serious though. Trust me, you guys haven't missed much. Earlier this week, I've started the movie experience. From now on, I'm going to throw in a few quotes with every post, since I'm prettysure I'm going to continue watching these movies. This way, it'll seem like I'm being semi-productive by atleast being able to remember a few memorable sayings with each 2-hour experience.

For today, I watched Next starring Nicholas Cage and Jessica Beals. The quote: "There's an intalian painter named Carletti and he defined beauty. He said it was a summation of the parts working together in such a way that nothing is needed to be altered, added, or taken away."
I thought it was very nicely put =)

I got a blast of reality last night though. It was around 11 last night and Sang Moon, who's currently in Korea, messaged me and started asking about college life next year. I really didn't think about that... and it's starting to bother me now. I'm about to go to college, I'm going to live in a dorm, and I'll actually going to have to try and lead myself into society. I don't have anyone else to help me "walk" anymore. There's no controlled environment, there's nothing I can return to at night, and there's no sense of security. Why didn't this come to me earlier? The scary concept of life finally bit me, and it bit me really hard.

I don't feel like I can fake immaturity any longer. This is sad, since I liked being carefree =P
Cracking a joke never felt harder.. -sigh-

For what happened yesterday though, you can read Teek's Blog.

Signing off for now, but I'll be back later. I promise.

  3. hanzy :D glad to see this post

we paid for hi-speed internet in the hotel just to read this ^-^ (not really, but it was nice that we did :D)

well, everyone has their own style for blogging, so don't think that you have to do it like anyone else - i have the same problem, but i just do w/e and hope people are interested :D

if you ever have trouble getting your thoughts down, may i suggest you keep a small notebook (i can give you one of my 2-pack i got in europe, they are nice) and then what you can do is just write down anything that comes to mind, no matter what it is, without trying to formulate - it could just be like... "chicken alfredo, 12:30pm" or something

then you can get a huge white board like sheldon and try to connect your thoughts :) visualization always helps :D in fact i should start doing this lol

carefree and immaturity are different. :D which is good...you can still be carefree...AND mature.
i dunno, after saying that i imagine you in a dress shirt&tie, chasing after dandelion fluff...then calmly holding a business meeting not soon after. ...you don't have to go for that, but either way... :]

you're fine the way you are. don't feel like you need to conform into this "tax-calculating, coffee-drinking" boring adult. (...erm, sorry for the stereotype) all the time. It's never ever ever one thing or the other thing...because after one situation of :-|Han has passed, another will come where you can be carefree-kidlike-Han. :] Always always always.
